Fettucine Alfredo– Fettucine with Chicken, mushrooms and broccoli

Curried Chicken– Chicken with curry sauce (mild) with rice and mixed vegetables

Chicken Florentine– Chicken breast and linguine in Parmesan sauce with spinach and onions

Coque Co Van– Chicken breast, bacon, pearl onions, mushrooms, garlic in red wine sauce with small potatoes

Pork Lo Mein – Sliced Pork loin, snap peas, mushrooms, bell pepper (optional), scallions and ginger with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and linguine.

Stilton Pork Chops-Pan Fried Pork Chops in English Stilton cream sauce with spinach, corn and small potatoes

Pork Medallions Vinaigrette– Slice pork in balsamic vinegar and capers with sweet potatoes mushrooms and string beans

Tortellini Tomato and Basil- Cheese tortellini, bacon, butternut squash, string beans in tomato and fresh basil sauce

Beef Stroganoff- Pieces of steak with mushrooms, onions and broccoli in cream sauce over noodles.

Steak au Poivre– Sliced steak in pepper cream sauce with shallots, mushrooms and rice with mixed vegetables

Steak and Bacon- Pan fried steak and bacon, mushrooms and potatoes with fried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Salmon Hollandaise- Salmon Fillets with Hollandaise sauce, small potatoes, string beans and leeks

Linguine with Red Clam Sauce– Linguine with clam sauce, tomatoes, fresh basil and parsley and garlic bread topped with portabello mushrooms

Mediterranean Cod– Pan fried Cod with fennel, broccoli, corn and yellow rice
