One of our staff will arrive and prepare one or more meals and store them in your refrigerator or freezer. They will also do the shopping if its needed.

Containers:
If you need containers to store your food, we have plastic containers with lids available (3 containers for $10.00) You must request this when you book your appointment. They won’t be available on the day the staff person comes to you.
